- 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works as part of the task: "Kazimierz Odowa - reclamation of the post -mining area in the Sosnowiec commune".
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 3 to SWZ.
3. The required warranty period for the subject of the contract is 60months.

1. The contracting authority provides for the award of orders pursuant to art. 1 point 7) of the PZP Act, consisting in repetition of similar construction works.
2. The scope of similar orders includes: installation works in buildings andConstruction works in the field of:
- buildings,
- construction of pipelines, communication and energy lines, leveling the area,
- shaping green areas,
- land development.
3. The contract will be possible on the terms specified in the Public Procurement Lawfree -hand orders, taking into account the following rules and price -forming factors:
- for the valuation of identical works with the basic order, the calculation will be based on the prices indicated in the detailed valuation of the works referred to in the contract,
- to settle construction works not included underremuneration, the following principles of their calculation are introduced: for the valuation of works not shown in a detailed valuation, no greater than average prices of materials, from the last published issue of the Sekocendbud publishing book, and labor prices will not be greater than average prices forŚląsk voivodships ... - Documents :
