Description: 1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service covering the maintenance of rainwater sewage system in the city of Sosnowiec. The procedure is organized with a division into two parts. In Annex 3 to SWZ, the Ordering Party indicated the area range for Part 1 and Part 2 of the Orders. The Contractor may submit an offer to any part or both parts together. The Ordering Party will conclude two separate contracts for each part.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes Annex 3 to SWZ.
3. The Employer provides for awarding on the basis of art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the PPL Act, consisting in the repetition of similar services.
4. The scope of the similar order includes: services indicated in Annex 3 to SWZ, point and sub-point from 1 to 11, taking into account unit prices contained in the submitted offer.
