1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works involving the construction of a residential building A multi -family house together with land development in Kietrz, at ul. Matejki and ul. Polish Army on plots of land No. 1836/4, 1836/6, 1836/7, along with obtaining the final permission to use the building. As part of this procedure, the Contractor will perform construction works in the scope of:

-usable area of flats: 2 698.22 m2
-building surface: 1 091.20 m2
-gross cubature: 14 948.11 m3
-Cut of flats: 44 residential premises of different size along with the finish with
with interior finishing (according to the attached documentation),
-Wraz With finishing works, which also include finishing common parts such as staircases, passenger lifts, storage rooms, technical rooms, bicycle.
