Description:
1. The subject of the order is the renovation of the kitchen in building no. 210/k. 2922 m. Wdrzyn.2. The scope of the basic order includes: - replacement of window frames, - plastering, - painting of ceilings and walls, - replacement of doors, - repair of floors and plinths, - replacement of pipe insulation, - replacement of ventilation grilles and anemostats, - replacement of boiler boiler fittings, - removal and disposal of rubble, - dismantling of lighting fixtures, - installation of new fixtures, - digging grooves and installing surface-mounted ducts in the dirt, - execution electrical measurements.3. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the order include: Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ; bill of quantities, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ; sample contract, constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ.4.
