KPN/04/2026 Software access service for running an online store to sell entrance tickets and other fees related to access in the Karkonosze National Park 1. The subject of the order is the service of access to software for running an online store for the purpose of sales admission tickets and other fees related to access in the Karkonosze National Park for a period of 12 months. The service includes the use of software for: - sales - the possibility of the buyer selecting tickets (fees) from the list and integration payment operations with a payment intermediary, - verification and control of your ticket - possibility of marking the ticket as used through the ticket control panel available online or via the application, - ticket category management - possibility of making changes in the offer available for sale and viewing the status of sold tickets in real time, - reporting, processing ticket sales data into quantitative reports according to the specified criteria and defined queries (e.g. by time, by ticket type, by purchase location QR code; - issuing invoices - integration of the system with a tool for issuing invoices - possibility of sharing the system's API for integration with other systems or devices used by the Ordering Party.
