Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly, installation and launch of two computed tomographs with equipment, software, conducting instruction and adaptation of rooms for the needs of the Lower Silesian Imaging Diagnostics Center at the Provincial Specialist Hospitalin Wrocław, hereinafter referred to as Dodo. In addition, the subject of the order is the delivery of 10 descriptive stations with the software.
2. Detailed requirements for the subject of the contract and the minimum technical and functional parameters include Annex 8 to SWZ.rooms of the Lower Silesian Imaging Diagnostic Center for (needs) of the assembly and functioning of new computed tomographs, as well as equipment delivery, described in the contract template constituting Annex 2 to SWZ and Annex 7 to SWZ,
4. The contractor is obliged to implementSubject of the contract on the principles and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.lead to the preparation of the rooms of the TK1 laboratory and replacement of the existing tomograph in the new camera described in Annex 1.
