Description:
1. The subject of the contract are construction works involving the expansion of the WSSK building complex for the needs of the pathomorphology plant and oncological clinics together with the purchase of equipment and permanent equipment in the formula design and build as described in the functional and utility programAlong with the concept, contract template and attachments to SWZ.
2. In the framework of the construction works, the contractor includes the implementation of construction works on the basis of project documentation developed by the Contractor, including works related to the assembly of dygestoria.
3. The completed construction works must be in line with PFU(constituting Annex 10 to SWZ). Permanent equipment (dygestoria) must meet the conditions described in Annex 6 to SWZ.Obtaining a building permit,
• Stage II - construction works,
• Stage III - obtaining a permit for the use.
5. Not attention to the need to perform the subject of the contract on time, the contracting authority requires that the subject of the contract be carried out in modular technology with a steel structure (module system system3D) or using prefabricated elements. The Ordering Party does not allow the subject of the subject of the contract in full by the traditional method.
