Description:
1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the network infrastructure in the UML, USK1, USK4 buildings (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order").
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract (also called OPZ), separately for each task.
Item The contract covers 3 tasks (partial offers), including:
Task No. 1 Expansion of the existing network infrastructure in the buildings of the Medical University of Lublin.
Task No. 2 Expansion of the existing network infrastructure in the buildings of the University Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Lublin;
Task No. 3 Expansion of the existing network infrastructure in the buildings of the University Clinical Hospital No. 4 in Lublin;
"Modernization and equipment of teaching facilities in connection with the increase in admission limits for medical studies - Medical University of Lublin, which is an element of Investment D2.1.1 entitled "Investments related to the modernization and retrofitting of teaching facilities in connection with increasing admission limits for medical studies", implemented as part of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system" under Agreement No. KPOD.07.05-IP.10-0023/24/KPO/1206/2025/99.
3. The Contractor is obliged to attach to the offer a declaration of non-exclusion and compliance, valid as of the date of submission of offers conditions...
