2.The subject of the order is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2026.
until 31.12.2026 The order will be awarded in two parts. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts:
1) Part 1 of the order - supply of electricity to premises and facilities
2) Part 2 Orders- Supply of electricity for the purposes of road lighting
A detailed description of individual parts of the order can be found in chapter III.1, III.2.
3. The forecast amount of electricity, which is the subject of the contract, is indicative and may differ from actually collected in the periodthe duration of the contract. The amount of electricity was estimated on the basis of planned use (including a possible change in the use or consumption profile), historical data on electricity consumption and taking into account the actions taken by the contracting authorities referred to in art. 37Of the Act of October 7, 2022 on special solutions to protect electricity consumers in 2023 in connection with the situation on the electricity market and taking into account self -consumption in the case of recipients with PV installations.
