- 1. The subject of the Order is the preparation of the concept, design, creation and maintenance (supervision, monitoring and servicing) of an IT tool called "Kujawsko-Pomorski Barometer", as part of the "Entrepreneurial Process" Project. "Discovery for the development of Smart Specializations of the region", which is used to obtain, collect and process data, as well as its visualization and generating publicly available, ready-made reports in various fields related to the economy. region, e.g. regarding unemployment, economic situation, construction, which will allow for ongoing analysis of the economic situation of the voivodeship. 2. Pursuant to Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party will require employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of employment relationship of persons performing activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of contract execution, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 §1 of the Labor Code. Type of activities related to implementation order and the method of verifying the employment of these people and the Employer's rights to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these people and the sanctions for failure to meet them will be specified in the Specification of Conditions Orders and contract template, after conducting a dialogue in the competitive dialogue mode. 3.
