The subject of the contract is the technical expertise of the historic fan hall "B" at Krośniewicka Street in Kutno situated on the plot with the registration number 1054/13, precinct 0001 Raszew Piaski (railway area) together with the determination of the reasons for the damage and issuing of recommendations for avoid the deterioration of the building's condition and determining the possibility of further use of the hall with the Zakres and the recommendation of the technology of performing works necessary for its safe use performed by a person performing independent technical functions in construction, having the appropriate permissions Construction and current certificate of belonging to the Chamber of Vocational Government in accordance with decision No. 59/I/2025 Łodź -woofers of building supervision inspector in order to submit an expertise to the abovementioned authority.
