Description:
1. The subject of the order is to perform diagnostic laboratory tests detailed in the price forms, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, divided into 2 parts: Part 1 Basic tests +a) ) Test material will be collected from the Ordering Party's laboratory every day from Monday to Friday on hours from 12:00 to 14:00. The ordering party reserves the right to telephone the collection of material for testing at a different date than that specified in the preceding sentence. b) The bidder provides all equipment needed to collect material for testing. The bidder ensures the transport of material for testing and all accessories necessary for the proper transport and storage of the material from the moment of receipt of the material for testing from the contracting party's headquarters until the tests are performed in the tenderer's laboratory c) The costs of transport, collection of the material and delivery of results are to be included in the price of the tests. d) The research will be completed with a written result signed by persons with appropriate qualifications and authorizations to approve the research in question. e) The research result is the final result.
