- 1. The subject of the order are construction works related to land development, including the construction of a playground next to the Obka building in Aleksandrow for the investment called: Construction of the Obka building. The scope of construction works includes: - hardening the area, - terrace next to the tree, - playground with a safe poured surface. and fencing, - landscaping (arbor, benches, flowerpots with palisades, garden pergolas, utility storage), - oak fence, - plantings and herbs, - gazebo equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. It consists of the following documents: documentation design, STWiORB, bill of quantities. NOTE: Due to the fact that the Contractor's remuneration indicated in the offer will be a lump sum, when pricing the offer, the Contractor should rely on the scope indicated in the design documentation referred to in point 2.2. and SST. The preliminary bill of quantities is of the nature auxiliary. The occurrence, during the execution of the contract, of works not included in the preliminary bill of quantities or works in a larger quantity than that assumed in the preliminary bill of quantities will not entitle the Contractor to demand additional remuneration - if the works t...
