Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment intention entitled: "Development of the area between buildings Ul. Ul. Ul. 8 and 9 in Gdańsk, District of Stogi".
In connection with the implementation of construction works covered by these proceedings Rainwater management systems in Gdańsk ", reported for implementation under the European Funds program for infrastructure, climate and environment 2021-2027, priority FRNX.01 Support for Energy and Environment sectors from the Cohesion Cohesion Fund cohesion fund Action: FENX.01.02 Adaptation of urbanized areas for climate change, project type: Support for sustainable rainwater management systems involving greenery/green-blue infrastructure/solutions based on nature.
The investment area is located in a significant part in the area of a special risk of flooding.
2. The material resources of works include all works, activities and works necessary for the implementation of the investment task, including in particular the implementation of the following elements:
- internal road / maneuvering road;
- parking spaces for cars passenger;
- hardened pedestrians;
- recreational area with elements of small architecture: i.e. benches with backrest, dustbins, information board;
