Description:
1. The subject of the order is the installation, launch and operation of the SUWER public bicycle system in the city of Suwaki in 2026. 2. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law in a situation where the documents describing the subject of the contract contain references to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law and such references were not accompanied by an expression or equivalent, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described in each such standard, European technical assessment, approval, technical specifications, technical reference system. Therefore, it should be assumed that each: standard, European technical assessment, approval, technical specification, system of technical references appearing in the description of the subject of the contract is accompanied by the words "3. In accordance with art. 101 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, a contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described in these documents is obliged to prove, by attaching to the offer the appropriate means of evidence referred to in Art. 104107 of the Public Procurement Law, e propose...
