Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the washing and cleaning of protective and work clothes for the employees of the Office of Technical Inspection in Płock. Detailed assortment and estimated quantities: - work sweatshirt - 20 pcs - work trousers - 20 pcs - jacket rainproof and windproof - 10 pcs. - insulated jacket - 10 pcs. - work overalls - 20 pcs. - vest - 10 pcs. - possibly delivery and collection service: this service should be included in the costs. Clothes intended for washing can be made antistatic and flame retardant. We reserve that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. The Ordering Party requires: - payment terms: invoices issued after the end of the month based on the service implementation protocol. Payment deadline 21 days from the date of receipt invoices. - completion date: from the date of signing the order to December 31, 2026 - the service must be performed within 5 business days from the date of handing over the clothing, - the Contractor must have a clothing collection point in the city of Płock, UDT employees individually deliver and collect clothing, - deadline validity period of the offer is 60 days, - additional costs: all additional costs on the Contractor's side, - the service will be performed successively, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party.
