Description:
The subject of the order is a laundry and dry cleaning service, the service includes, among others, water washing, dry cleaning of items of uniform supplies, repair of underwear, uniforms, disinfection of footwear
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes to the SWZ, and in particular in:
1) description of the subject of the order
2) draft contract
3. Type of activities necessary to complete the order and covered by the employment requirements based on the employment relationship: ironing uniform items, starching, ironing, assembling assortments, packaging in foil, performing minor tailoring repairs, i.e. sewing on buttons, sewing up tears, repairing uniform items, cleaning dirt inside and outside the shoes and disinfecting the shoes.
4. In order to verify employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor, based on employment contracts, persons performing activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of contract execution, the Ordering Party may request in particular:
1) declaration of the employed employee
2) declarations of the Contractor or Subcontractor on the employment of an employee under an employment contract, this declaration should include in particular: precise identification of the entity submitting the declaration, date of submission of the declaration, indication that the activities covered by the request are performed by persons employed under an employment contract, together with the name and surname, the number of these persons, and the type of employment contract, that...
