Description:
The subject of the order are: laundry services, performed successively for Uzdrowisko Rymanw S.A. during the term of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that the implementation of the subject of the order takes place on the terms and conditions specified in the template contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ and in accordance with the description of the subject of the order. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party requires that all activities undertaken by Contractors, which are related to the provision of transport services to the Ordering Party, be performed by employees employed based on an employment contract (Article 221 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code). The Ordering Party is entitled, during the entire contract implementation period, to verify the form of employment of the Contractor's employees performing the above-mentioned. usugi.
