Dear Sir or Madam, I hereby invite you to submit an offer for: · laundry services for D.W. "Patrycja" ul. Makuszyńskiego 11, 34-500 Zakopane for a period of 12 months. Please complete this price offer in the attached table, taking into account transport costs, please providing net prices. The offer with the lowest prices and an appropriate deadline for the provision of services, meeting all the required criteria, will be considered the most advantageous. The validity period of the offer is 12 months. Payment after the service is completed by bank transfer by 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice. Failure to indicate the payment date will result in rejection of the offer. The necessary condition is that the laundry does not provide services to hospitals. The laundry must be collected within 24 hours of notification demand for the service. Any complaints will be considered by the seller within 14 business days from the date of sending the complaint by MPK S.A. in Krakow in writing or electronically. Minimum validity period of your offer - 30 days from the date of expiry deadline for submitting offers. In the event of untimely delivery or untimely replacement of a defective item with a defect-free one or untimely settlement of the complaint, MPK SA in Krakow will be able to charge you a penalty of 1% of the net value of the order every day of delay.
