Description:
1. The subject of the order is the lease of 15 brand new, low-floor city buses, powered by a diesel engine, including:
1) 13 MAXI buses
a) total length from 11000 mm to 12500 mm
b) total width up to 2550 mm without mirrors
c) total height up to 3300 mm (incl with air conditioning installation)
2) 2 MEGA buses
a) total length from 17500 mm to 18750 mm
b) total width up to 2550 mm without mirrors
c) total height up to 3300 mm (including air conditioning)
2. The offered buses must meet the requirements:
1) Polish regulations regarding admission vehicles for traffic, included in Section III of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251) and meet the technical conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of January 30, 2015 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502);
The Ordering Party requires that the approval certificate meets the requirements of UNECE Regulation No. 107 - uniform provisions regarding the approval of M2 or M3 category vehicles with regard to their general construction (OJ EU.L.2015.153.1 of 18/06/2015);
3) be brand new, manufactured in the year of delivery, meet the minimum Euro VI standard.
