Description:
The subject of the order is the lease and service of printing devices and the service of other devices of the Ordering Party along with print management software for the Municipal Office in Wałbrzych and individual units.
All technical parameters specified in the description of the subject of the order should be treated as minimum values with the possibility of offering a solution that is more efficient or has higher parameters than those given below.
The subject of the order consists of:
1. Lease of printing devices in the number and places specified by the Ordering Party.
2.Remote monitoring of device status using dedicated software provided by the Contractor for all devices that are the subject of the Agreement, along with reading copy/print counters and a cost settlement service for leased printers delivered as part of the procedure and printers owned by Ordering Party.
3. Material and service services for leased printers delivered under this procedure and printers owned by the Ordering Party, including:
a. Delivery of consumables for printing devices and collection and disposal of used parts and materials consumables
b. Ensuring the continuity of operation of printing devices (repair, maintenance, inspection).
The subject of the order describes in detail the draft contract, which constitutes Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. The minimum technical parameters of the ordered equipment are specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. ...
