Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the service consisting of lease 438 devices and 95 additional paper cassettes (so-called "options") together with the provision of service and an exploitation services ensuring the maintenance of leased devices (including devices with options) in a state of full functionality supported Remote device monitoring service (including devices with options), in accordance with the requirements and conditions contained in SWZ.

2. The desire for the subject of the contract includes:
a) delivery, bringing and unloading of printers, multifunctional devices, inkjet printers to print the cover cover, as well as office equipment: printing and encoding devices and encoding RFID labels and scanners documentary to places indicated by the Ordering Party (in a total amount of 533 pcs, including: 438 printers, multifunctional and office devices and 95 "options"), free from any physical and legal defects, in accordance with the specification from point 7 and 8 - in accordance with Polish standards and meeting the required technical and quality parameters - to the places indicated by the Employer,
b) installing and bringing full readiness to work (printing, copying, scanning, coding), all devices delivered at the dates set by the Employer,
