Description:
1. The subject of the order is permanent protection of the buildings in Bytom at ul. Siemianowicka 105A and ul. Siemianowicka 105E against access by third parties excluded from the use of the buildings, together with electronic and physical supervision to protect against loss of life and health of bystanders, consisting of: a) physical protection of 62 window openings and 10 basement openings using steel anti-burglary panels, owned by the Contractor, b) physical protection of 4 door openings with using anti-burglary systems owned by the Contractor, c) additional security of buildings with an electronic building monitoring system, d) constant supervision of the electronic building monitoring system, conducted 24 hours a day, e) ensuring response of intervention groups to each signal from the monitoring system about a possible break-in into buildings or the possible presence of outsiders in them, f) reporting to the Police confirmed cases of break-ins into secured buildings, g) physical inspection of buildings, security elements and systems, in terms of their proper functioning and protection, which the Contractor will perform at least once a week, h) making all repairs and additions to security system elements on his own installed on the buildings listed in points a, b and c above.2.
