1. The subject of the contract is the lease of biochemical-immunochemical platforms and as well as an immunochemical analyzer along with the supply of reagents, calibrators, controls, rinsing fluids and consumable parts-the subject of the contract was divided into 2 parts, i.e.:
›Package No. 1 - Platforms biochemical-immunochemical
›Package No. 2 - Immunochemical analyzer
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:
Ressive Annex No. 2a-Package No. 1 (assortment and price form)
Ressive Annex No. 2B-Package No. 2 (assortment and price form)
Band Annex 3A - Parameter statement Technical Package No. 1
›Annex 3B - List of technical parameters Package No. 2
3. The offered medical equipment should meet the requirements specified in the Act of April 7, 2022. About medical devices.
4 to be Manufactured not earlier than according to the entries of Annex 3A to SWZ - a statement of technical parameters Package No. 1, complete, free from construction, material and executive defects.
