Description:
The subject of the order is the lease of a coagulological analyzer (1 pc) along with the successive supply of reagents, control and consumed materials to the above analyzer to the Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Center in Łodź. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is determined by the attachmentsNo. 2 and 8 to SWZ. Delivery of the subject of the order to the Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Center in Łodź (in the location at Franciszkańska Street 17/25, 91-433 Łodź) will be realized at the cost and risk of the contractor. Conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 6 to SWZ.
