Description:
The subject of the order is the lease of municipal waste containers in accordance with the quantity, type and color of the containers specified in the annex to the contract. Obligations of the Contractor: a) disinfection and washing of containers at least once a month from April to October inclusive, b) delivery of containers to the properties indicated in the annex to the contract, c) replacement or repair of damaged containers or replenishment of stolen containers. Replacement or repair of a damaged container or replenishment of a container in the event of theft of a container will take place within the period declared by the Contractor in the offer. Maximum replacement or repair time damaged container or replenishing the container in the event of its theft is 4 business days from the moment the Ordering Party notifies the Contractor (electronically or by fax). The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of reducing the number of leased containers. The detailed scope of the service is specified in the Specification of Conditions Orders.
