Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the sentence entitled: "Lease of defibrillating vests along with the supply of patients for the duration of treatment for the needs of SP ZOZ CSK UM in Łodź".
2. The order of the contract consists of the following options:
2.2.1. Service for a three -month treatment scheme for 20 patients
or
2.2.2. Service for a one -month treatment scheme for 60 patients (optionally for patients requiring a different treatment scheme)
Minimum components of the device:
 defibrillating vest monitor,
PAS with ECG electrodes and defibrillating electrodes,
2 batteries,
2 patient size clothes,
Battery lodge / data relay,
 Fileral for a defibrillator,
To for accessories.

4. The converter leases the device - a vest for the duration of the given treatment patient.
