- 1. The subject of the contract is the lease of the integrated biochemical and immunochemical system (hereinafter referred to as the system) - as described in Annex 2 to SWZ and the successive delivery of reagents and consumables for planned parameters, specified in detail in Annex 3 to SWZ.
2. SYSTEMS AM
a) new system, year of production 2025
b) The system border parameters were specified in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ
c) system manual in two copies in Polish, - one copy attached to the offer in electronic form (can be shortened), second copy with the supply of the system in paper form
d) system technical passport - along with the supply of the system
e) declaration of compliance and/or certificate of compliance issued by the notification unit - along with the supply of the system
f) starter package - applies only to: reagent to glucose, creatinine, TSH, HS trail with calibrators and control material, necessary maintenance fluids - along with the supply of the system
g) Current hazardous substances characteristics cards in paper form, prepared in accordance with applicable law - for all preparations for which they are required by law - along with the supply of the system
h) Adaptation of the room to the system's operation:
- air conditioning - room with an area of approx. 48m2, air conditioner power at least 7.1/8.5 kW, installation of an external unit on the roof directly above the laboratory (second floor)
