Description:
1. The subject of the order is the lease of mixers, lodges and auxiliary equipment for the production of parenteral nutrition, along with the purchase of tubing and packaging for ready-made mixtures for the needs of Copernicus Podglądleczniczy Sp. z o. o. in Gdańsk.
2. The subject of the order consists of 2 parts.
3.Detailed a description of the subject of the order specifying the Ordering Party's requirements and estimated quantities is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Assortment and Price Form and in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft Contracts. By completing the indicated items in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, the Contractor confirms that the requirements are met specified by the Ordering Party.
4. The scope and method of implementing the subject of the order are specified in the draft contracts, namely:
a. for part No. 1 - Annex No. 3A to the SWZ Draft Agreement,
b. for part No. 2 - Annex No. 3B to the SWZ Draft Agreement.
5. Maximum delivery time for a partial order up to 5 business days, taking into account further provisions in the SWZ.
The delivery deadline is one of the criteria for evaluating offers.
6. The offered items of the order must be approved for trading and use in accordance with applicable law.
7. The subject of the order must be consistent with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2022, item 974, as amended).
8. The subject of the order must be consistent with the Pharmaceutical Law Act of September 6, 2001 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301, as amended).
