The subject of the contract is the lease for 36 months of the factory new printing, multifunctional equipment package (through a multifunctional device is understood as a printing and copying and closing device), enveloping devices, with a control interface and control markings A device placed on the housing in Polish, covered by a service contract together with the central print management system. The lease is to include the supply of the devices listed below, the Central Print Management System (which includes min. Portal with the service available via www Suppliers, remote service diagnostics system, remote print management system, OCR text recognition module), maintenance of the supplied devices (service with repair at the supplier's expense), delivery of consumables together with their replacement, in particular: toners, drums and parts replacement, enabling the performance of high -quality prints during the performance of the contract and the process of envelope by users of the City of Rzeszow City Hall and the receipt of used consumable materials, in exchange for a fee calculated based on the number of printouts of A4 page page, A3 format, A3, made on the print and multifunctional devices in question, as well as for a fixed subscription fee specified for each type of device by the supplier.
