Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the lease with the option of buying an advanced robotic system for carrying out minimally invasive surgery (hereinafter: a robotic system) described in detail in Annex 6 to SWZ - "List of the required functions and technical parameters" together with it installation, configuration, starting, conducting training, technical maintenance throughout the lease on the conditions specified in Annex 4 to SWZ and successive supplies of tools for performing treatments using a robotic system in the amount of 50 sets (hereinafter referred to as: tools).
2. The Contractor undertakes to give the contracting authority to use and download the benefits of the robotic system referred to in paragraph 1 on the conditions specified in Annex 4 to SWZ.
3. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to carry out, as part of the remuneration, about which speech in § 8 para. 1, trainings for the personnel designated by the Employer
in the field of service and operation of the subject of the lease within 2 weeks from the date of the contract.
As part of the training, the contractor will train a minimum of three operational teams, with one side team of the Website A minimum of 2 surgeons and a minimum of 2 nurses. Training of the Employer's personnel will be conducted on dates agreed with the Employer during designated surgical sessions.
