Description:
Lease of printing and multifunction devices and a central printing system along with printing, servicing and repairing equipment.
Therefore, the Ordering Party does not allows the submission of partial offers referred to in Art. 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law.
The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
During the entire duration of the contract, it can be extended to include additional devices printing machines, both working under the control of the central printing system and outside it, with a value of up to 15% of the order value, at rates in accordance with the offer form, if the Ordering Party needs to use them.
The Contractor undertakes to sell at the request of the Ordering Party end of the lease period, all devices or devices selected by the Ordering Party together with the system for the amount specified in the Contractor's offer. The devices will be sold on the basis of a separate agreement.
Before initiating the proceedings, preliminary market consultations were carried out, referred to in Art. 84 of the Act Public procurement law.
