Description:
1) The subject of the order is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for leasing A3 (10 pcs.) and A4 (20 pcs.) multifunction devices, along with service, to the Ordering Party. By leasing multifunctional devices with service - you should understood as the delivery of multifunctional devices to the locations indicated by the Ordering Party, including their bringing, assembly, installation, configuration and commissioning, along with conducting training in operation for designated employees of the Ordering Party, and then putting the devices into use as part of a monthly subscription, with full service, including: in particular maintenance, repairs, replacement of parts, delivery of consumables (excluding paper) and maintenance devices in full technical condition, in order to produce the agreed volume of prints for the duration of the Implementation Agreement. 2) The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be covered by the manufacturer's warranty for a minimum period of 48 months, i.e. throughout duration of the Implementation Agreement. 3) A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is attached as Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. 4) The implementation conditions are included in the template of the Framework Agreement - Annex No. 8 to the SWZ and the template of the Implementation Agreement - Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. 5)Devices multifunctional, the lease of which will be the subject of the Executive Agreement, will be brand new, unused and technically efficient, manufactured in accordance with the standards in force in Poland and the European Union, will be...
