Lease of space for the location of a self-selling machine for the sale of ready-made meals, including breakfast and lunch sets, within the complex of the Transport Service Station of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Rzeszów, located in Zaczernie 187. INFORMATION APPLICABLE TO CONTRACTORS/BIDDERS PARTICIPATING IN PROCEEDINGS VALUE BELOW PLN 130,000 CONDUCTED BY KWPW RZESZÓW 1) Purchases of KWP in Rzeszów listed on the eB2B Purchasing Platform are carried out only and exclusively via the platform (offers submitted in any other way than via the form on the procedure website are not accepted).2) Submitting offers via the eB2B Purchasing Platform ensures transparency of the procedure in the selection of offers.3) Full order specification and any attachments (including, for example, the draft contract) are visible on the website of a given procedure, and the Contractor/Bidder submitting an offer accepts the requirements contained in these documents and is aware of legal responsibility for the submitted offer.4) The given price of the goods, services or works must include all costs of the Contractor/Bidder, including the cost of delivery, and the quotation is based on net/gross prices, except when the Ordering Party determines a different method of calculating the price in a specific procedure. 5) If the service turns out to be inconsistent with the specifications in the request for quotation and the offer submitted by the Contractor/Bidder - the Ordering Party has the right to cancel the service. 6) During the examination and evaluation of offers, the Ordering Party has the right to request explanations of the content of the offer, including regarding method of calculating the offer price, in order to eliminate offers that do not meet the requirements specified in the order specifications, price calculation errors are subject to correction.7) When selecting the most advantageous offer, the Ordering Party has the right to...
