Description:
The subject of the contract in this procedure is in particular:
1)
the lease of the robotic surgical system together with the necessary equipment enabling 144 robotic procedures from the area of clinical oncological surgery-color surgery (96) and urology (48),
2)
delivery of setstools, accessories and other medical devices required to perform 144 robotic procedures in the area of clinical oncological surgery - color (96) and urology (48),
3)
performance of necessary logistics and installation works to prepare the device for use and itsadaptation to the needs of the Ordering Party,
4)
training of the personnel of the ordering party in the field of operation of the device,
5)
training of three operational teams (operator + assistant) - one in the clinical area of urology, two in the area of oncological surgery,
6)
provision of warranty servicesIn the lease period.
