Description:
1. The subject of the contract is legal and tax consultancy necessary to carry out transactions, in particular in the following scope:
1) verification of assumptions and structure of transactions,
2) Preparation of transaction documents,
3) support of the Due Diligence CPK.
4) negotiations and signing of transaction documents,
5) meeting the terms of the transaction and closing the transaction,
6) the process of contributing to CPK.
7) Other transaction advice.
2. The detailed item and scope of the order are specified in OPZ.
3. The order of the contract was concluded in the draft contract.
388 point 2 lit. c of the PZP Act ("similar order") to the extent that may include all or selected tasks indicated in para. 1 above.
Ordering Party, in the order mode with free hand according to your own recognition, will award a given order, after prior negotiations with the Contractor (in particular in terms of the terms of the contract, including the price, the date of performance, warranty period/warranty period) and the contractor has no claims under the contract for any contracts Similar.
