3 The subject of the expertise referred to in para. 1 is the foundation of the beneficiary's appeal4 against the decision of the Service Center for European Project of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Middle Affairs Institution) on the naoeration of financial corrections on the Beneficiary of Project implemented under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, the Internal Security Fund and the financial support instrument for the management of borders and visa policy under European funds for migrations, borders and security 2021-2027 in Zwizk in violation by the beneficiary of the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and in the event of a violation of the contract/financial agreement or a subprofen for the beneficiary in the scope of project management. 3.
