Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of legal services to the Shared Services Center of the City of Tychy with its registered office in Tychy at ul. Barona 30 and units serviced by CUW Tychy. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1b to the SWZ. The public procurement procedure is conducted in basic mode without negotiations, pursuant to Art. 275 point 1, in connection with Art. 359 of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law. The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the order for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than January 1, 2026 and no later than by December 31, 2026. If the documentation indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific contractor, the ordering party allows the use of materials equivalent to those described. If indicated in description of the subject of the contract, references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority allows equivalent solutions described.
