- The subject of the order is legal services for the Tychy City Hall in 2026-2027. Legal services include in particular: a) providing legal advice and explanations regarding the application of the law, b) preparing legal opinions in writing within 7 days from the date of submitting the appropriate application, c) informing about identified deficiencies in compliance with the law, d) agreeing on and giving formal and legal opinions on draft contracts, e) giving formal and legal opinions on draft resolutions, orders of the Mayor of the City and other legal acts related to the performance of tasks in the field public administration,f) participation in the work of teams appointed by the Mayor of the City,g) personal participation in meetings of the City Council sessions and, at the request of the ordering party, in its committees,h) participation in proceedings before courts and offices, procedural and legal representation,i) keeping a repertory of cases,j) participation in negotiations, mediations, k) cooperation with individual entities in the scope of conducted cases, including the obligation to provide current information on the progress of conducted cases, l) monthly obligation to inform the organizational units served about changes in the law in zakr...
