- 1. The subject of the contract is:
a) the development of two separate multi-branch documentation of design and cost thermomodernization (including insulation), renovation (renovation), reconstruction with the implementation of the design of construction equipment for buildings located in Gdańsk at:
- streetLetnnicka 35, registration plot No. 13/2, precinct 046;
- Street Szklana Huta 2, registration plot No. 207/2, precinct 059.
b) Obtaining administrative decisions for conducting construction works from the competent architectural and building administration authority, enabling the start of worksConstruction by the Ordering Party,
c) performing a one-time update of investor cost estimates;
d) exercising author's supervision in the field of:
-in the course of construction works compliance with the project,
-reinforcement of the possibility of introducing replacement solutions in relation toprovided for in the project and reported by the construction manager or investor supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract.
