Description:
1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Important provisions of the contract) and technical documentation DSU and DTR for vehicles of the EN57AKŚ type/series.
139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law,
i.e. the Ordering Party will first make examination and evaluation of offers, and then will subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the Proceedings.
3. The proceedings will be conducted in Polish using electronic means of communication via the Ordering Party's purchasing platform at: https://kolejeslaskie.eb2b.com.pl. Using the Platform is free of charge. Changes and clarifications to the content of the SWZ and other procurement documents directly related to the Procedure will be made available on the Platform. Any declarations notices, explanations and other documents in the Proceedings, as well as the contract will be drawn up in Polish.
