Description:
The subject of the order is the leveling of the construction site in Biała Podlaska as part of task 43231. The APPLICATION FORM must be sent no later than December 2, 2025 at 22:00 directly on the purchasing platform using the Make an offer tab. After submitting the form documentation of the procedure will be sent at a later date. The Ordering Party reserves that the application form submitted after the deadline indicated above will not be considered. The Ordering Party reserves that it will not invite the contractor who is a party to the previously concluded contract(s) for a contract. at the Ordering Party, in the scope of which the contract was terminated, the contract was withdrawn, the contract was not commenced or contractual penalties were charged for performance contrary to the provisions of the contract. In order to minimize the risk related to non-performance or improper performance contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to invite the Contractor to participate in the proceedings, after analyzing the financial situation, including existing liabilities.
