The subject of the order is the delivery of a license.
7 Specifications of the terms of the contract (SWZ):

7.1.1.3. The scope of each service is/was the implementation and integration of tools:
Jira Servicedesk;
Jira Software;
Confluence;
The value of each service was/is at the level of PLN 1,000,000.00 gross.
