- 1. The subject of the order is the RENEWAL OF THE LICENSE FOR CURRENTLY USED ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS FOR THE PROVINCE SPECIALIZED HOSPITAL. OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY IN CZSTOCHOWA.2. The subject of the order is the renewal of a license for currently used software antivirus for 800 users for a period of 36 months (from December 5, 2025 to December 4, 2028)3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Appendix No. 7 to SWZ.
