I. The scope of the works includes the construction of lighting and monitoring at the playground at ul. H. Sucharskiego, in Kdzierzyn-Kol, in particular: 1) Excavations for cables and lighting poles; 2) Laying of the low-voltage cable network; 3) Laying of the telecommunications cable network; 4) Laying of the fiber-optic line; 5) Laying of the network grounding;6) Installation of lighting poles with fixtures;7) Installation of monitoring cameras;8) Construction and installation of a complete CCTV cabinet;9) Construction and assembly of a metering cabinet with a measuring connector;10) Carrying out tests and measurements of cable lines with grounding;11) Carrying out greenery works; based on the construction and executive design prepared by the Projektowo-Wykonawcz 4mat ul. Kasztanowa 60 44-330 Jastrzbie Zdrj.2. The execution of the order additionally includes: 1) Preparation of as-built documentation, 2 sets. in electronic version + 2 sets in paper version, including geodetic documentation taking into account changes in land use; 2) Comprehensive geodetic services including as-built geodetic inventory in 4 sets.
