- Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the delivery of a liquid chromatography system for the purification of proteins, RNA, polysaccharides and other biomolecules, together with a fraction collector, software, delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters and installation., Detailed description of the subject of the orderenia (OPZ) was included in Annex No. 3. The Ordering Party requested the submission of the above-mentioned. attached to the selected Task together with the offer to confirm the compliance of the offered delivery with the requirements specified in the OPZ. The requirements specified in the OPZ constitute minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Niespenieni.e. the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law. , the Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be brand new, has no traces of use and is not subject to the rights of third parties, and that allthe materials used to produce the subject of the order had appropriate approvals and certificates (if applicable)
