Description:
The subject of the contract is to provide the Ordering Party with a LIQUID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICE, INCLUDING TRANSPORT AND DISPOSAL AT THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT2. The description of the subject of the order is presented in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The terms of execution of the order are included in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and in this specification of contract terms. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract and SWZ.4. The service will be performed with the care required in this type of activity and in accordance with the principles of professionalism and applicable regulations, as well as the arrangements contained in this agreement.5. The contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the terms of the public procurement procedure, the submitted offer and the arrangements specified in the contract.6. The contractor undertakes to provide the service specified in the subject of the contract based on o staff with appropriate qualifications and authorizations, knowledge and experience required to provide this type of services.7. The contractor is the producer of waste resulting from the implementation of the subject of the contract, in accordance with Art. 3 section 1 point 3...
