- 1. The subject of the fall is the implementation of the task entitled Liquidation of architectural barriers through the expansion of the building of the Gorzyce Commune Office with external elevators 2. The subject of the investment includes expansion with external elevators and reconstruction of the commune office building in Gorzyce. The method of using the building does not change. 3. The planned expansion is located with the current building line and the departure from the insulted departments at least 4.00 m in the case of ciants with windows and doors, and a minimum of 3.00 m in the case of ciants without windows and doors. The rules resulting from the provisions of the local development plan have been taken into account Spatial resolution of the Gorzyce Commune Council of 30.08 2012, No. XXVII/145/12.4.
