A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the order are construction works covering the performance of the task entitled: Liquidation of architectural barriers by building a personal crane in the team of school and educational and revalidation sites in Wodzisław Śląski. " Construction works will be implemented on the basis of the project documentation made by the BOBER architecture studio "Waldemar Bober from Radlin and the Decision for Construction Law No 0232/21 of 18.02.2021. 2. The scope of works includes: 1) demolition of an existing platform for people with disabilities; 2) supplementing the ceiling on the segment b about 6.3 m2; 3) the attaining of the attic with a supplemented roof of the ceiling; 4) execution of a sheet metal treatment; 5) bricklaying of the wall of shaft from concrete blocks class C16 / 20 approx. 26.5 m3; 6) Mobile blocking blocks of door holes approx. 22.0 m3; 7) Execution of new door openings in rooms adjacent to the newly-reign shaft pcs. 6; 8) demolition of existing chimney cables in rooms adjacent to the newly-reign shaft, together with the reconstruction of the floor layers; 9 ) will perform ...
