Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to remove all hazardous waste illegally accumulated and stored on the property at ul. Nicolaus Copernicus 148 in Kokawa (hereinafter referred to as waste), placed in various types of containers (including in barrels with different capacities,Mausers, etc.) plots with registration number 54/3 and 53/3 Map card 4 Kokawa precinct and subjecting them to the ultimate properties of the final process of recovery or disposal processes. The location of the property and its designation in the form of a map constitute Annex 1 of the OPZ.
2. The amount of waste, Fr.referred to in point 1 is about 4,000.00 mg. However, the implementation of the order includes the removal and submission of the final recovery process or disposal of all waste referred to in point 1. Preview photos illustrating deposited waste and the place of their assembly constitute Annex No.2 to OPZ.
3. Realization of the above task is based on decision No. GKZ.OŚ.6232.5.2018/23 of 19.10.2023, the Head of the Mykanow Commune (by amended decision: No. GKZ.OŚ 26a para. 1, paragraph 2 point 3, para. 3, paragraph 4 of the Act of December 14, 2012about waste, in connection with the need to immediately remove waste from a place not intended to storage or storage due to their threats to human health and life and the environment.
